This cartoon started when a fan of Fred posted in the blog comments that her birthday was coming up. She requested an update on the special day, to make the celebration even better. Well it was a good example of "right place, right time" because I decided on the spot not only to have an update that day, but make it all about her birthday to boot! It took hours of overtime work and animating faster than I ever had before but I made an oath to myself to get it done by midnight of October 8th!
