How to Place an Order

Never bought anything online before? That's okay, we'll walk you through it. When you see something you want, just click the Add to Cart button. After adding all the things you want, click the Checkout button located under the image of Fred in the shopping cart (right side of the screen). Follow the checkout instructions, and you'll have your Fred gear before you know it!

Shipping Policies

Fred the Monkey merchandise is shipped several times a week (usually within 2-3 business days of ordering) from the Keystone state of Pennsylvania. We ship things everywhere the United States Post Office will let us, from Alaska to South Africa, or anywhere else in the world. (Yes, EVEN CANADA!) Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Return Policies

Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. As the Fred Shop gets bigger that may change. In the meantime we're happy to answer any questions you may have about your order. Just click the Contact Us button below and we'll try our best to respond as soon as possible.

Order Processing and Privacy

The Fred the Monkey Shop accepts credit cards through PayPal. All items are listed in United States currency (USD). In order to process your purchase we will collect the data you share with us, such as shipping and contact info, however we absolutely will never share this personal information with anyone else.

T-shirt Washing and Care Instructions

Fred the Monkey T-shirts are printed on high quality Hanes 100% cotton shirts. For best long-term results, wash inside-out in cold water and air dry. Dryers are generally unkind to all printed T-shirts over time, so your best bet is to let them air out naturally after washing. It's up to you, but we've found that's the best way to handle things. (You could always just buy a new Fred shirt if yours gets dirty, of course. Never have to do laundry again!)

Out of Stock merchandise

Initial supplies of Fred gear are ordered ahead of time and then put up on the store once we have them. Because of that, things will eventually sell out. The best way to be sure to get what you want is to order it immediately! Popular items may be restocked, but there's never a guarantee. It's no fun living with regrets, so if you see something you like order it right away!
